Waltman Construction, Inc is a year-round driveway care company. We started the business in 1979 and are pleased to still be family run and operated.
During the Winter season, our focus is driveway snow clearing. We are proud to be the largest private snow clearing company in Tahoe Donner®.
During the Summer season, we specialize in driveway sealing. Similar to staining your home to protect the wood, asphalt sealing protects your pavement and prolongs the life of your driveway.

All driveways this upcoming season will see a minimum increase of $50. For the last 2 seasons we have absorbed many cost increases. The price of parts and new equipment has gone up tremendously due to the decrease in value of the dollar. The rising costs of fuel have affected not only our diesel costs, but also the prices of oils and supplies. We hope you understand our position. We wanted to give you the courtesy of knowing in advance, so that you may budget for this increase.
