In 1979 we started Waltman Construction because, as Tahoe Donner^® residents, we saw a need for snow clearing in the subdivision. We started with one machine and have slowly grown over the years to the size we are today. Even though we are the largest private snow clearing company in the area, we have maintained that small, mom and pop feeling our customers love.

In 1986 we moved the business from our home on Skislope Way to its current location off of Teton Dr. Here we are able to conveniently service all of our clients, with minimal disruption to homeowners.

Because we are family operated, all of your personal contact is with one of us. Whether on the phone, or solving a problem in the field, you will be working with someone who has a vested interest in the company. We are very proud of the personal touch this allows us to give our clients. After all, it is our name on the equipment! We are a California Licensed Contractor, and are a bonded and insured company.
